Subject: Replication forces user to Replicator Page

I have a user I setup for Replication - Using his Local Mail file.

Whenever he is reading a email it switches him to the Replicator Page during its replication and he has to switch back to the email.

Is there a setting I am missing that will allow the replication to occur in the background...Doesn't do it on other similar setups.
